Kitante High School has 18 clubs and counting - all formed with a purpose to grow various attributes, attitudes and skills amongst students while the teachers model the same principles. In their core values of Fear for God, Respect for Self, Others and Property, Teamwork, Integrity and Hard Work, Kitante is grooming and nurturing confidence in their students. Parents are also involved in the school administration. Teachers attend conferences, development workshops, and trainings to carry forward the vision of the school, while the students are given a platform in their communities to implement or initiate their innovations as they help other community members become actors too.
- Embedded story telling during the school assembly is key to cultivating empathy among the Kitante Hill School students.
